Manufacturing, Orders & Delivery

Production usually takes 10–20 calendar days, depending on the order size. An estimated delivery date will be provided at checkout, and if you need your order sooner, just reach out to us—we’re happy to help with rush requests.
All our custom corrugated boxes are proudly manufactured in the United States. While some specialty items may be produced abroad, we consistently prioritize U.S.-based production to ensure quality and reliability.
Smaller orders usually ship via FedEx Ground® or FedEx Express®, while larger orders are sent through LTL Freight (Less Than Truckload). You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your shipment is on its way.
We provide international shipping to select countries. For details and to confirm availability, please contact us directly.

Yes, we can often accommodate rush orders depending on our production schedule. A rush fee may apply, though in some cases we can expedite at no additional cost. Please contact us directly to confirm availability.
You may cancel your order any time before approving your online proof. Once the proof is approved, the order moves into production and can no longer be canceled.
If you’d like to change your order quantity, please do so before approving your online proof. Just send us an email, and our team will take care of the update for you.
Absolutely! You can update your artwork anytime before approving your online proof. However, once the proof is approved, no further changes can be made as the order moves into production.
Rigid boxes are heavier and take up more space than other box types, which increases shipping costs. Unlike flat-packed options, rigid boxes are shipped fully assembled, leading to higher dimensional weight and handling fees. While they offer a premium unboxing experience, their structure does impact shipping rates.
LTL Freight orders are shipped on a 40” x 48” pallet and delivered curbside or directly to your loading dock if available. If your location doesn’t have a loading dock, we can arrange for a truck with a lift-gate to assist with unloading. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any special shipping requirements—our team is happy to help!
You may Contact us before or after placing your order. If there is a difference in pricing for the shipping cost, we will either invoice or credit the difference.
You sure can, just be sure to Contact us before or after placing your order though, shipping rates can be different if the truck needs to go in a residential area. Additional fees may apply, feel free to reach out to know more.
You do not need to schedule a delivery date for LTL Freight however if you require an appointment please make sure to let our team know, additional fees may apply.
Absolutely, if you’d like us to ship loose/parcel we can accommodate that, additional fees might apply so be sure to reach out before placing your order.

We cannot ship to PO boxes; you will need a full valid address to place an order with us.
For mailer boxes and corrugated shipping boxes, our minimum order is just one unit! For rigid and folding boxes, the MOQ is 500 units.

No, we don't charge any setup fees for products displayed on our website. Setup fees only apply to specialized custom products or complex projects that aren't listed online. Feel free to Contact us directly for specifics.
Rigid boxes are meant to give value to your product. They are unfortunately not safe to ship. We recommend that you put them in a mailer or a shipping box. Feel free to get in touch with us. We also have others options available.
Folding boxes are unfortunately not safe to ship. We recommend that you put your folding box inside a mailer or a shipping box.

Absolutely! Just ask us for a dieline, and we’ll send it to you promptly.
Yes! Feel free to send us your dieline and artwork directly, and we’ll review them promptly to ensure everything is ready for production.
We accept a wide range of file formats, with a preference for vector formats like PDF, AI, and EPS. For raster images such as TIFF, JPEG, and PNG, please ensure they are at least 300 DPI to guarantee the best print quality.
Please include a ¼" bleed on all edges of your artwork. We recommend using CMYK color mode, as RGB colors on screen may not match printed results. If your design includes critical Pantone colors, please inform us ahead of time.
We recommend using a minimum font size of 8pt to ensure your text remains clear and easy to read.
Absolutely—our design team is available to help place your artwork correctly onto dielines at no additional cost.
Yes, our in-house design team offers comprehensive design services. A full-service package typically costs around $300 and includes up to three revisions. Minor tweaks can often be made free of charge or for a small fee.
The box dimensions shown on our site represent the interior measurements (Length × Width × Depth). To choose the right box, measure your product’s length, width, and depth carefully, then add about 1/8" to 1/4" for a comfortable fit.

Box Materials & Printing

Our White Board features a matte finish and is white on both sides, making it ideal for vibrant color printing. Kraft Board is brown on both sides, giving your packaging a natural, eco-friendly appearance, though colors will appear more muted. Our SuperGloss Board has a glossy finish, perfect for adding a shiny, eye-catching sheen to your colors. All our boards maintain the same thickness for consistent durability.
Yes, our packaging materials are made with a minimum of 50% recycled content and are fully recyclable.
Depending on the custom box style you chose to purchase with us we'll use different boards and papers, you may see all their specifications below: - Mailer boxes: E-Flute 32 ECT (200 lbs TEST) - 1/16" thickness. - Rigid Boxes: 0.50pt board + 80lbs (160m) litho paper – 1/16" thickness total. - Shipping Boxes: B-Flute 32 ECT (200 lbs TEST) – 1/8" thickness. - Folding Boxes: 18pt SBS Board. Our mailers and shipping boxes are very sturdy! We use 200 lbs test (32 ECT) board for both, which typically supports up to around 40 lbs per box, ensuring reliable protection during shipping.
Definitely! While E-Flute board may appear thin, it creates a strong and reliable box that’s safe for shipping without needing extra protection.
All our corrugated boxes are made with single-wall construction by default. If you need double-wall corrugated boxes, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
Our boxes are suitable for secondary food contact (packaging food items already in protective barriers). Contact us to discuss specific compliance details if needed.
Digital printing can't perfectly match Pantone colors, but our advanced 6-color press comes very close. For exact PMS matches, we offer HD Flexo or Litho Lamination for larger orders. Let us know your specific color needs.
Yes, we offer inside printing for all box styles, helping create memorable unboxing experiences. Contact us for more details.
Depending on box type and quantity, many customization options are available, such as selective varnish, foil stamping, die-cuts, window cut-outs, and foam inserts. Contact us directly for available options on your order.
We can foil stamp however we can only use this process on our Rigid Boxes and Folding Boxes. Since foil stamping involves a different process we can only offer this on order above 1,000 units, should you want to inquire about foil stamping just Contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
At the moment we don’t have a dedicated white station however we can print a kraft texture on white board which accurately mimics a White on Kraft look, feel free to reach out to inquire about this process!

Printed samples for corrugated boxes cost $41.25, including shipping within the continental US. Folding or rigid box samples are provided on a case-by-case basis—please Contact us directly.

Most of our products are made from cardboard—an inherently sustainable material that’s recyclable and renewable when responsibly sourced. Our boxes contain at least 50% recycled content and are 100% recyclable ♻️, and we partner with suppliers who prioritize ethical forestry. We also mainly use digital printing, which avoids traditional printing plates and reduces both energy use and material waste. It allows for on-demand production, meaning we only print what’s needed, minimizing overproduction and excess inventory. From design to delivery, we’re committed to reducing our environmental impact while helping our customers create high-quality, sustainable packaging.
Yes! Although there are two things to consider, the dimensions on our website are inside dimensions so you'd need to add the board thickness and there may be a variation of up to 1/16” since we are using digital cutting tables. On the Shipping boxes please allow a variation of up to 1/8” because of the glue flap
